The Company is looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager, this is a full-time position based in our Enderby HQ Office.

Responsibilities and Capabilities:

  • Manage issue and risk.
  • Manage and coordinating development tasks and projects.
  • Manage, plan and track development tasks.
  • Manage and schedule development work packages in conjunction with the software manager.

Objective:

The Eleksen Connected Worker platform architecture consists of a number of wearable devices on each worker, wirelessly connected to a common cloud computing and storage system. At each individual worker there is local data collection, storage and processing, as well as near real time communication with other workers, on-site supervisors, and remote management. At the cloud there is remote data collection, storage and processing of individual and aggregate worker data, as well as integration with other business systems and 3rd parties. As part of our development team the Project Manager will manage the delivery of product and work packages while interfacing into operations and sales teams and will be responsible for tracking, tasks, time and budget

Experience:

You will have/be:

  • Experience of managing software projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Experience of managing physical project delivery such as hardware or infrastructure
  • Experience with RAID
  • Experience in managing issues and risk

This role would suit a developer, junior project manager or project coordinator looking to take that next step into a project management role.

There may be the opportunity for travel with this role

Remuneration:

  • £50,000 to £55,000
  • Invitation to join employee share option scheme based on performance, following a three month probation period
